After 14 days, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be free from stains, rips, odors, or personal scents

Include all original tags and packaging (if applicable)
We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards before processing any refund or exchange. DIOPFIT reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards.

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Original shipping costs and Redo protection fees are non-refundable.
🚚 Return Shipping

If you did not purchase Redo Return Protection at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you did purchase Redo Return Protection, return shipping is fully covered by Redo.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost items.
